There is no fee for consultation for a wrongful death or personal injury case. If we decide to take your case, our fee is based on a percentage of any settlement we are able to negotiate for you or any verdict we are able to win for you in court. If we do not prevail, no legal fees are owed.

If you have been injured through no fault of your own, the person who caused the injury is responsible for his or her negligence. The law provides that you are entitled to compensation for pain and suffering, anxiety, inconvenience, medical bills, property damage, loss of income and permanent disability.
